Demonstrations and a three course lunch including wines

You will learn how to make’casalinga’or homestyle Southern Italian dishes in small groups of 6-10 with the menu based on
seasonal produce. The dishes may include Brodo Di Pollo (Chicken Broth) with mini light Polpette di Risota: zuppa di salsiccia con gnocchi (soup of Italian Sausage with mini gnocchi), meat course of herb infused slow roasted shoulder of Capretto (Goat) perhaps tender stuffed Cotaletta l’agnello (Lamb Cutlets) or home made salsTreP at lunch 2014Tre Porc. guests dining.icce (sausages) followed by a mouth watering dessert of Rhubarb & Raspberry Crostata (Tart)
Torta di Nonna (Cake), Crostata al limone or Panzerotti filled with Ricotta.
At the end of this demonstration, we will all join together at the dining table to enjoy ! Served with quality wines.
A farm tour is offered also.
